Millersburg Area Pool Association Rental Rules and Regulations

The Millersburg Pool Association is thrilled to have your consideration of our facility for your upcoming event! We strive to provide the best service and value to give everyone a truly unforgettable experience.

A variety of rental options are available to meet the unique needs of your event.

2 Hour Regular Rental of Pavilion

$100.00 - Members
$125.00 - Nonmembers

Additional 30 minutes for set up and 15 minutes for tear down.

Includes:

  • 20 Admissions (Each additional = $3.00 each)

  • Each child 12 & under will receive a one-day pass for a future visit to the pool.

Party to be held during regular hours (12:30 - close).

2 Hour Private Rental

1-50 Guests
Cost for Members: $250.00
Cost for Nonmembers: $300.00

51-100 Guests
Cost for Members: $350.00
Cost for Nonmembers: $400.00

Additional 30 minutes for set up and 15 minutes for tear down.

Includes:

  • Full use of facilities

  • Concession stand open for purchases

Party to be held from 10:00am-noon OR 7:00pm-9:00pm.

Local Sports Teams

During Regular Hours
$50.00/hour

Outside of Regular Hours
$100.00/hour

This is for teams wishing to use facilities as part of practice.

General Information Applicable to All Rental Packages

  • Deposit to hold the party

    • $50.00 for Regular Rental

    • $100.00 for Private Rental

    • Deposits can be dropped at the pool if during the season, however, if the pool is not open, the deposit needs to be mailed to:

    • Remaining balance to be paid on the day of the party PLUS any additional admissions (over the 20 included in a regular rental)

**Please Note – your party date is NOT guaranteed until your deposit is received.**

  • Each additional hour over the agreed time frame will be $75.00/hour for Regular Rentals & $150.00/hour for Private Rentals.

  • Early Set up – NO children permitted during set up for Safety Reasons. For Regular Parties – 2 adults permitted; for Private Parties – 4 adults permitted.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to party date. Otherwise, deposit will be forfeited.

  • Inclement Weather – if party is cancelled by the Millersburg Pool Association, date can be rescheduled, or refund will be issued.

  • Pool Management will be present for the entire length of party.

  • Are you planning to have a DJ or other entertainment? You will need to discuss with Management PRIOR TO rental the specifics of the entertainment. NO Explicit music permitted.

  • If you need electricity during your rental, please be sure to bring an extension cord. The Pavilion has 1 outlet.

  • Absolutely NO Glass. If you plan to bring a crock pot with a glass lid, the lid must be covered with aluminum foil prior to entering the pool area.

  • The diving well will remain open until dusk, or as long as the water is clear & the Lifeguards can see the bottom of the pool.
